The First Family
The Grandy family is more than just Pastor Grandy! The Grandy's reside in Dudley NC a town on the outskirts of Goldsboro, North Carolina. The First lady, Minister Tiffany Gibbs Grandy is an anointed woman of God that not only supports her husband, but actively participates in leadership for the good of the church! She writes songs, plays music, and uses her many talents as she denies herself daily to walk in the will of God! Together Pastor and First Lady Grandy are not just exemplary leaders but they demonstrate the meaning of a team concept as they serve the Lord! They are also the parents of two sets of twins Kaitlin and David, and Justin and Jason who also are active in the church!
Greetings to each and every one of you! I am Elder Adrian Jerome Grandy and since September 2011, it has been my pleasure serving as pastor of Solid Rock United Holy Church of America, in Saint Pauls North Carolina! As Pastor of Solid Rock I am a "Next Generational Leader" that devotes time daily to doing the will of the Lord. I acknowledge that such a task calls for one to walk by possessing "character" that models after Jesus Christ the Savior. Then I must demonstrate "courage", "clarity" with subject matter presented, "competence" and "coach ability" as I am in a position that places sheep under my lead! I am a God fearing visionary as I remember that Habakkuk 2:1-3 states “I will stand upon my watch, and set myself upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, so he may run that reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not delay.” So my prayer daily is that the Lord will have his way in our lives daily and in this ministry! I am a progressive mover, and constantly seeks ways to assist the church with making God "smile," as we fulfill the duties of his GREAT COMMISSION! I am also a bold and energetic "praiser" and I am on fire and excited about the move of God, preaching, teaching, and walking in the vocation that God called me to. That which God desires of me; I do so reverently and in humility, but with a strong zeal to not only worship God in spirit and in truth, but to assist and influence other individuals to give God their one hundred percent at all times!
Academia & Occupation
Pastor Adrian and First Lady Tiffany are both graduates of East Carolina University, in Greenville, NC. Pastor Grandy is a NC Teaching Fellows graduate that holds a Bachelor's of Science in Middle Grades Education with concentrations in English Language Arts and Social Studies/History. He also holds a Master's of Education degree in General Education with concentrations in Teaching and Learning, School Administration, and Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University in Lynchburg Virginia, and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Queens University of Charlotte, NC. He is currently completing Doctoral Studies in Educational Leadership to focus on Advanced School Administration, and Higher Education.
He has taught sixth, seventh and eighth grade students respectively for over fourteen years. He currently is an assistant principal at the largest school in Duplin County serving a little under 1200 Pk-8 grade students.
First Lady Tiffany holds a Bachelor's or Arts degree in Business Administration and has been employed for fourteen years as a Financial Counselor at the University of Mount Olive in Mount Olive, North Carolina. She is currently working on her Masters of Business Administration degree.
She has recently been promoted to the Assistant Director of Financial Aid Services.
